We cure and smoke, on site, many different products for retail sale.

These items include:

  • Smoked Sausage
  • Kolbassi
  • German Style Ring Bologna
  • Beef Stick Summer Sausages
  • 3 Different Flavors of Snack Sticks (Sweet, Teriyaki, and Pepper)

Our country cured hams are dry processed with salt, brown sugar, black pepper and cure, aged, then smoked.  This process takes 8 to 10 weeks.  When finished, the end result is a high quality, old world, sugar cured ham.
